Aizen Industries was built from two very different backgrounds coming together with the same standard for how a business should operate.

Uri Alcander, Owner, oversees the company’s strategic direction, compliance, contractual standards, risk management, and long-term growth. His approach is deliberate and analytical, with an emphasis on protecting the company and the customers we serve.

Kat Jensen, Vice President, brings extensive operational experience from previously owning and managing a trucking company. Her background overseeing drivers, freight, and day-to-day operations provides a practical understanding of the challenges faced by all shippers and carriers. That experience became the foundation for how Aizen Industries runs today.

Together, those strengths give us a view of freight that most brokerages simply don’t have. We understand what happens behind the scenes because we’ve been responsible for it, and we understand the business decisions that keep it all moving.
